Fight high blood pressure by exercising
Do you suffer from arterial hypertension (high blood pressure)? If you do, get active! Endurance exercise is the best choice. And, of course, before starting any exercise, discuss it with your doctor.
Cycling, walking and indeed running are the best forms of endurance exercise for people with high blood pressure. And you should exercise regularly, 2 to 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time.
When exercising, it is best to adopt a level or pace you can maintain without too much effort and which allows you to continue to speak normally.
Once again, it is essential to discuss this with your doctor. He or she will be able to give you a full assessment before pointing you in the direction of a particular form of exercise.
