Providing you wash your hands several times a day. For example, wash your hands before you sit down to eat, after using the toilet, and while preparing food when you move from one foodstuff to another… Unfortunately, however, this elementary precaution is still far too often neglected.
As for technique, three areas require special attention: the area around the nails, the spaces between the fingers, and the wrists. Finally, careful rinsing and drying will help to eliminate the most stubborn germs.
