Under stress? Try zinc
In times of stress, the body eliminates large amounts of zinc. So it’s not a bad idea to increase your intake of this oligoelement (which you can find at your pharmacy) or to adjust your diet to ensure you get a sufficient quantity. Top of the menu for this are oysters, fish and shellfish, egg yolk, meat, fruit and dried vegetables. Enjoy!
